Confidentiality & Data Security All client information shared during the engagement will be treated as confidential and protected using industry-standard security practices. Service Activation The service is considered active once onboarding begins or any deliverable, assessment, or advisory is shared. Payments & Refunds All payments are non-refundable once service delivery has commenced, as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy. Subscription & Termination Subscription services may be cancelled by providing written notice. Cancellation will stop future billing; no refund will be issued for the current billing period.
