Distributors
Vendors
Customers
Only genuine, licensed, and authorized products and services are allowed.
Data Privacy (India – DPDPA)
SSM protects personal and business data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA), India.
Partners, Resellers, OEMs, Distributors, and Vendors must not:
Share data without permission
Misuse or sell data
Cause data leaks or breaches
Information Security (ISO/IEC 27001 – IAF Accredited)
SSM follows an ISO/IEC 27001 Information Security Management System (ISMS) to ensure:
Data confidentiality, integrity, and availability
Access only to authorized users
Protection against data loss, misuse, or cyber threats
Any violation is treated as a serious security breach.
Action on Violation
If any person or organization:
Uses SSM or third-party IP without permission
Sells fake, pirated, or unauthorized products
Violates data privacy or security rules
SSM has the right to:
Immediately suspend services or partnerships
Remove access and listings
Withhold payments
Take legal action as per law
Report a Violation
If you believe there is an IP, security, or privacy violation, report it with details and proof to:
